碳五与N-甲基吡咯烷酮常压汽液平衡数据的测定及关联 被引量:7

摘要 利用气相单循环的小型汽液平衡釜测定了异戊二烯-N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、1-戊烯-NMP、异戊二烯-1-戊烯-NMP物系的常压(101.3kPa)汽液平衡数据。其中两个二组分物系的汽液平衡数据均通过了Herington法的热力学一致性检验,利用NRTL模型对实测数据进行了关联和估算,汽相摩尔分数的实验值和计算值的平均相对偏差均小于0.32%。实验结果表明,异戊二烯-NMP和1-戊烯-NMP二组分物系均不形成共沸物;利用得到的异戊二烯-NMP和1-戊烯-NMP二组分物系的NRTL方程参数对异戊二烯-1-戊烯-NMP三组分物系的汽液平衡数据进行预测,精度良好,可满足工程设计的需要。 Vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of isoprene-N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and 1- pentene-NMP binary systems and isoprene-I-pentene-NMP ternary system at atmospheric pressure were measured. Thermodynamic consistency tests of experimental data of two binary systems were confirmed by means of Herington method. The data were correlated and calculated by NRTL equation. Average relative deviations between calculated values and experimental data of vaper phase mole fractions are all less than 0.32%. No azeotropic mixture in isoprene-NMP and l-pentene-NMP binary systems was observed. The isoprene-l-pentene-NMP ternary system vapor-liquid equilibrium data predicted from obtained isoprene-NMP and 1-pentene-NMP NRTL equation parameters are with good accuracy. The obtained parameters of NRTL models are considered to be able to satisfy the requirement of current engineering design.
