芽孢杆菌几丁质酶高酶活菌株的筛选及其酶活测定 被引量:11

摘要 目的:筛选对于黑木耳细胞壁破壁效果好的几丁质酶产生菌株。方法:从浙江、陕西、湖北等地栽培黑木耳的土壤样品中筛选到1株产几丁质酶活力较强的菌株BSCH0802,结合菌落形态、生理生化指标和16SrDNA序列分析对其种群形状和个体形态进行观察和鉴定。结果:在菌株BSCH0802个体形态和生理生化特性鉴定的基础上,通过16sDNA测序鉴定,确定BSCH0802为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。结论:本研究为选育高产几丁质酶菌株提供理论依据。 Objective: The aim was to screen a higher activity chitinase strains with high quality performance for the breaking-wall of Auricularia auricula Method: The strain producing chitinase of BSCH0802 was isolated from soil samples in China, and its population shape and individual form were observed and identified from the aspects of physiological and biochemical index and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis. Result: On the basis of identification of the population shape, individual form and physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain BSCH0802 which was determined as Bacillus subtilis through 16sDNA sequence appraisal. Conclusion:The experimental basis was provided for selection and breeding of high yield strains of chitinase by this research.
