黑炭衬的Fixapret~ ECO/水性聚氨酯整理

Resin finishing with Fixapret~ ECO/water soluble polyurethane for hair interlining

采用改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂Fixapret ECO与热反应型水性聚氨酯树脂复配，对黑炭衬进行一浴树脂整理。优化的整理工艺为：树脂Fixapret ECO5％，聚氨酯0．8％，催化剂T-120．01％，Ms,c121．5％，轧液率110％，含湿率25％。整理后黑炭衬折皱回复角达300。以上，其经向强度保留率〉80％，纬向强度则得到加强，游离甲醛含量在50mg／kg以下。

One bath resin finishing for hair interlining was carried out a mixture of Fixapret ECO and thermo-reactive watersoluble polyurethane WPU. Results showed that, the optimum application process was Fixapret ECO 5%, WPU 0.8%,catalyzer T-12 0.01%, MgCl2 1.5%, pick-up 110%, moisture content 25%0 The wrinkle recovery angle of treated interlining could reach 300°,the tensile strength retention 〉80% and the formaldehyde content 〈 50 mg/kg as well.
