The modem football development, while emphasizing individual function of the football star, pay more attention to the whole offensive and defensive balance. The football star is a part of the whole team, both are interdependent and interactive, whose function establishes the whole level above, the football star＇s special skill only melts in the whole can receive the expectative effect. Therefore, through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the relationship between the whole team and the football star and provides the effective theoretical understanding for whole level of the team displayed in the maximum.
