床突旁动脉瘤的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 床突旁动脉瘤是指位于颈内动脉近环（前床突下表面的硬膜内层向内环状围绕颈内动脉形成近环）至后交通动脉起始部之间的动脉瘤。这一区域解剖结构复杂，较大或巨大动脉瘤比较常见，对其进行治疗对于神经外科医师是巨大的挑战。近年来，众多学者均对其进行了深入的研究。现作综述如下。
