缓膨高强度深部液流转向剂实验室研究 被引量:28

摘要 基于深部调剖(调驱)液流转向改善水驱技术发展要求,通过材料分子结构设计,在常规吸水体膨网络结构中引入控制吸水速度的高分子网络,形成具备缓膨、高强、性能可调等综合特性的互穿网络结构体系。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等方法进行了材料微观结构分析,观察到材料互串结构的均匀性。静态吸水体膨实验表明,缓膨颗粒转向剂在水中具有良好的悬浮分散性,完全吸水膨胀时间大于20 d,吸水后弹性模量在104Pa以上,远高于常规体膨颗粒类转向剂。填砂管物理模拟实验证实其具有良好的深部注入性能及吸水体膨封堵性能,可有效克服常规体膨颗粒材料吸水膨胀速度过快、强度较低、进入地层深度有限等不足,为深部液流转向改善水驱(聚驱)技术的实施提供了物质条件。 Macromolecule networks were introduced into the networks of normal sopping swelling materials by redesigning the materials molecule structure, and thus forming materials with the characteristics of retarding swelling, high strength and the structure of interpenetrating networks. The microscopic structure of the materials was analyzed by TEM and SEM, and the homogeneous structure of interpenetrating networks was observed from TEM and SEM images. Its static water absorption performance and mechanical performance after water absorption indicate that the total swelling time of the retarding swelling particles, which can be suspended and dispersed in water, is more than 20 days. After swelling, the modulus of elasticity (G′) of the sample is over 10^4 Pa, higher than that of the general swellable particle diversion agent. The excellent deep part injection and plugging performances were confirmed by physical simulation experiments. These performances overcome the shortcomings of quick swelling, low strength and less placement depth.
