无线电监测技术在防范考试作弊中的运用

利用无线电进行考试作弊是近年来新出现的作弊方式，在高考、研究生入学、英语四六级、司法以及公务员录用等考试中屡见不鲜，其作案手段之高、设备之先进是前所未有的，且呈泛滥蔓延之势。这种现象严重地影响了社会的公平性，影响了国家对人才的正常选拔，引起了教育、人事部门的高度重视。因此做为无线电监管机构，采取无线电监测和干扰压制等技术手段进行干预和防范，以中断其作弊行为是义不容辞的责任。就常用的作弊手段进行分析，并从无线电监管角度出发，就如何加强监测，防范作弊现象的发生进行了讨论。

Using radio for cheating on exams is emerging in recent years, including college entrance, graduate school, CET - 4, CET - 6, the judiciary and civil service recruitment examinations, with high-tech crime means the advanced equipment is also unprecedented, and will flood spread. This phenomenon has seriously affected the fairness of society and the normal state personnel selection, so the education sector and the personnel department pay great attention to this situation. Radio regulatory bodies so as to take the radio monitoring and interference suppression techniques, such as intervention and prevention in order to interrupt the cheatingaction is duty-bound responsibility. This paper analyzes the common cheating means and discusses how to strengthen the monitoring to guard against the phenomenon of cheating based on wireless monitoring.
