摘要
警察的职业承诺分为情感承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺三个方面。当前基层民警的职业承诺水平是比较高的,其中,规范承诺明显高于情感承诺和继续承诺。警察的职业承诺及三个因子存在着显著的性别、警种、区域方面的差异。警察的职业承诺还需进行必要的培养和提高,才能有效降低警察组织人才流失的比率,提高警察队伍的稳定性。
The police career commitments are divided into such three aspects as affection commitment, continuing commitment and regulation commitment. The current career commitment level of grass - roots police is relatively high, among which regulation commitment is significantly higher than affection commitment andcontinuing commitment. Police career commitments and its three factors have significant differences in gender, police division and region. Police career commitment should be necessarily improved in order to reduce the brain drain rate of police and increase the stability of the police force.
