警察的职业承诺分为情感承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺三个方面。当前基层民警的职业承诺水平是比较高的,其中,规范承诺明显高于情感承诺和继续承诺。警察的职业承诺及三个因子存在着显著的性别、警种、区域方面的差异。警察的职业承诺还需进行必要的培养和提高,才能有效降低警察组织人才流失的比率,提高警察队伍的稳定性。
