摘要
IEC60909是国际电工协会(IEC)制定的短路计算国际标准,目的是在通常可以接受的精度下,建立一个普遍性的、实用并简洁的求取结果的过程。《电力系统分析综合程序》(PSASP)中的短路计算模块(SC),是我国电力系统广泛采用的短路计算程序。对两者的计算内容、计算假定、数学模型和计算方法等方面进行了比较,阐明了它们的异同,并结合算例解释了它们计算结果出现差别的原因,指出了其各自适用的情况。
IEC60909 is an international standard for the calculation of short-circuit currents prepared by International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), which aims at establishing a general, practicable and concise procedure leading to results. Short-Circuit module(SC) in Power System Analysis Software Package (PSASP) is one of the most widely used programs for the calculating of short-circuit in China. This paper compares their similarities and differences in calculation content, assumptions, equipment model and arithmetic, then illuminates the reason of the different results by a testing example, and points out their different applied conditions.
