泻肺活血通腑中药结合西药治疗COPD急性期临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lung-Purging,Blood-Activating and Fu-Unblocking Herbs with Western Medicine in Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察泻肺活血通腑中药结合西药常规治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将60例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为30例。治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用泻肺活血通腑中药治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗10-14d。观察治疗前后主要临床症状积分变化,及血C反应蛋白(CRP)、血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血白介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);治疗组主要临床症状积分下降,CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平均降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论泻肺活血通腑中药结合西药治疗AECOPD能有效提高疗效,可能与下调炎症反应有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lung-purging, blood-activating and fu-unblocking herbs with routine western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 30 cases re- ceived routine western medical treatment, and treatment group in which another 30 cases were treated by lung-purging, blood-activating and fu-unblocking herbs in addition to routine western medicine. Symptom scores of AECOPD and levels of inflammatory mediators such as CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 were measured before and after treatments. Results The symptom scores and the levels of CRP, TNF-α and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly decreased as compared with the control group （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Lung-purging, blood-activating and fu-unblocking herbs combined with western medicine may improve the curative effect of AECOPD by down-regulating inflammatory responses.
