摘要
本研究采用湿化学法制备莫来石晶须,主要讨论了晶须生长机理。研究结果表明,高温下产生的AIF3和SIF4气相在莫来石晶核表面通过气—固化学反应形成高长径比莫来石晶须。
ullite whiskers were prepared by wet chemical method, and the mechanism of whiskers growth mainly was discussed. The experimental results show that the AlF3 and SiF vapor produced at high temperature react on the surface of mullite nuclei to form the mullite whiskers in high aspact ratio by Vapor - Solid(VS) mechanism.
