摘要
以新东方为代表的上市教育培训机构在市场竞争中获得优势的原因值得探析。本文依据核心竞争力理论,对这些机构的竞争优势进行分析归纳,探析领导力、顾客忠诚、企业文化等核心竞争力培育的重要因素,以期为我国教育培训机构打造核心竞争力、持久发展提供一定借鉴。
The reason why the listed education training institutions represented by New Oriental gain advantages in the market competition is worth exploring. Based on the theory of the core competence, the paper has analyzed the advantages of these institutions in market competition and explored the elements like leading capacity, customer loyalty and enterprise culture , which play roles in cultivating the core competence in the hope of providing certain references for education training institutions to make core competition and sustained development.
