新型支撑体阳极氧化铝膜过滤BSA溶液的分离性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备了具有标准柱状孔的新型支撑体阳极氧化铝膜,并将其用于BSA溶液的过滤分析,以定量研究膜的过滤分离性能。研究了不同制膜条件、操作条件下,膜通量及截留率随时间的变化。结果表明:经长时间过滤后,氧化电压较小的膜,稳定膜通量较高,截留率较低;在一定压力范围内,通量随压力的增加而增大;BSA浓度较小的体系稳定通量较小,浓度越大,通量达到稳定的时间就越短;随膜氧化次数的增加,膜通量有所提高。 New-support anodic aluminum oxide membranes with standard cylindrical hole were used for filtration of bovine serum albumin ( BSA ) solution. Membrane flux and retention rate were studied on the different membranes, operation conditions. The results show that after long time filtration, small aperture membrane has higher flux and lower retention; Flux increases with increasing pressure; Solution with minimal BSA concentration has least stable flux, the higher BSA concentration, the shorter time to achieve stable flux; with the membrane oxidation times increasing, membrane flux increased.
