摘要
考察了氯化聚乙烯/丁腈橡胶(CM/NBR)共混胶的过氧化物硫化体系对其性能的影响。实验结果表明,当DCP和TAIC用量分别为2.5和3.5份时共混胶有最佳的力学性能。同时通过流化仪得到了CM和NBR有相近的硫化交联反应活化能和频率因子,进一步证明了DCP和TAIC的最佳用量为2.5和3.5份。
The factors affecting the peroxide vulcanization process of CM/NBR rubber blends were studied. It was found that the rubber blends behaved the best mechanical property when the dosages of DCP and TAIC were 2. 5 and 3.5 phr. Addtionally, CM and NBR rubbers showed a similar activation energy and frequency factor as studied by the rheometer,which proved that the best composition of the dosages of DCP and TAIC were 2.5 and 3.5 phr.
