摘要
分析了重大自然灾害应急物流组织指挥的特点,通过对抢险救灾存在问题的思考,结合汶川大地震的现实,提出了应对措施。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of emergency logistics organization conduct of the great natural disaster, studies the problems existing in earthquake relief and based on the reality of Wenchuan earthquake, proposes the relevant countermeasures.
