目的提升病案管理工作质量与效率。方法借鉴管理学中流程管理的经验,采用现状分析、确定目标、找出瓶颈、优化措施、模拟运行的科学方法,对病案科工作流程进行优化。结论运用科学的方法进行流程优化,对建设有责、有序、高质、高效的病案管理体系有重大意义。

Objective to enhance quality and efficiency of medical records management. Method to optimize working process of Medical Records Department of our hospital by learning from process management experience of management and using scientific methods of status analysis, goal determination, finding out bottleneck, measures optimization and operation simulation. Result Optimizing the medical records management process through scientific methods means a lot to establishment of responsible, order, high quality and efficient medical records management system.
