摘要
针对Assel轧管机组等斜轧机组生产的D/S值较大的薄壁毛管、荒管内表面螺旋道缺陷比较严重的问题,在借鉴他人经验的基础上,提出在穿孔机或者斜轧管机出口侧设置"第2机架",通过斜轧连轧减轻或消除斜轧钢管内表面螺旋道,达到改善钢管内表面质量的设想。"第2机架"的设计可借鉴旋转定径技术,也可将旋压环形轧机或者松棒机作为"第2机架"。
To solve the problem that serious inner surface spiral line marks stay with the light wall shells and tubes with rather big D/S values as rolled by rotary-rolling pipe mills like the Assel mill, a proposal as conceived on the basis of relevant experiences of others is put forward. The proposal involves such a solution, i.e., setting up a so-called "the second mill stand" at the run-out side of the rotary piercing mill or the rotary rolling mill proper so as to eliminate the interior surface spiral line marks of the tube, and thus get the inner surface quality improved by means of rotary rolling-continuous rolling process. "The second mill stand" may be designed with use of the rotary sizing technique. Another way is using the rotary pressing circular mill or the extracting mill as "the second stand".
