摘要
文章通过对吉林省图书馆读者进行调查和分析,了解读者对我馆各项服务工作的满意程度,并对读者阅读动态等进行了细致的统计与分析,对如何进一步做好读者服务工作进行了探讨。
Through the investigation and analysis of reader in Jilin Province Library, the paper finds out the satisfied extent of readers to the various services, adds up and analyze carefully the finds, then puts forward effective measures for improving library service based on the actual situation.
