中医治疗头颈肿瘤放疗中口干症的疗效观察

Clinical Outcome of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Patients with Xerostomia during Radiotherapy in Head and Neck Cancer

目的:探讨玄麦增液化毒饮治疗头颈肿瘤患者首程放疗中口干症的临床疗效。方法:40例头颈肿瘤首程放疗中口干症患者随机分为两组:观察组20例和对照组20例。观察组采用玄麦增液化毒饮治疗(中药+放疗),对照组每日饮矿泉水(矿泉水+放疗)。观察两组放疗中不同剂量时的口干程度及唾液分泌量进行比较。结果:随放疗剂量的增加,两组口干程度增加,唾液分泌量下降。观察组口干程度曲线较对照组明显平坦。唾液分泌量较对照组高。观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为5%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药玄麦增液化毒饮能促进唾液分泌,改善放疗口干症状。

Objective ：To investigate the effects of liquid Xuanmai（ traditional Chinese herbal）on first-time radiotherapy Xerostomia in the patients with head and neck neoplasms. Methods ： Forty patients with first-time radiotherapy Xerostomia were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases for observation group were treated by liquid Xuanmai （ traditional Chinese herbal ＋ radiotherapy） ,and 20 cases for control were treated by mineral water daily（ mineral water ＋ radiotherapy）. The severe degree of mouth dryness and salivary secretory volume with dose increasing were compared during radiotherapy period. Results：With dose increasing, the severe degree of mouth dryness increased, salivary secretory volume decreased in both groups. The mouth dryness curve of observation group was significantly flatter than that of the control group, while salivary secretory volume was comparatively higher. The total effective rate of observation and control groups were 95% and 5%, resectively. There was significant difference in two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese herbal Xuanmai has an effect of increasing secretion of salivary glands and improving the syndrome of radiotherapy patients Xerotomia.
