肿瘤细胞体外药物敏感试验MTT法在实体瘤中的应用

APPLICATION OF MTT TO SOLID-TUMOR IN VITRO DRUG-SENSITIVITY TESTING

采用MTT法对实体肿瘤进行研究，提高肿瘤术后化疗疗效。共研究48例，每例均设对照组和观察组。结果，实验成功42例，6例乳腺癌均告失败，并发现米托恩醌对某些实体肿瘤有体外高敏。

In this report,some drugs sensitivities of solid-tumor were analysed with MTT in vitro,in 48 postoperative tumor tissues together with coutrols. The results showed that 42 cases were successful and high drug sensitivity with mitoxantlonum (MA) in some cases, but 6 breast carcin0ma cases were failed.
