摘要
采用粘度为1500mPa.s(401-1500)、7000mPa.s(401-7000)的直链型和粘度为4800mPa.s(411-4800)的支链型端乙烯基硅油复配体系作为灌封硅橡胶的基础胶,筛选出较好的基础胶配比,并以沉淀法和气相法白炭黑进行补强,研究了不同用量和品种的白炭黑补强对灌封材料粘度、力学性能、粘接性能和电学性能的影响。结果表明,当基础胶配比为m(401-1500):m(401-7000):m(411-4800)=100:20:15时,灌封胶粘度适中且固化后力学性能较好;当沉淀法白炭黑用量为25phr时,胶料粘度为48500mPa.s,拉伸强度达到最大值2.27MPa,剪切强度达到3MPa以上,电学性能优良,具有较好的综合性能。
Two kinds of vinyl end silicone oil of different viscosities and one branched vinyl silicone oil blends are chosen as encapsulating silicone rubber. Ratio of silicone oil blending is optimized to endow silicone rubber with improved performance. Optimum base is filled with different amount of precipitated silica and aerosilica for reinforcement, and the effect of variety and amount of silica on viscosity, mechanical properties, shear strength and electrical properties is investigated. The results show that encapsulating silicone rubber possesses optimal mechanical properties and processability, when the ratio of silicone oil is m(401-1500) : m(401-7000) : m(411-4800) =100 : 20 : 15 with fillers; the tensile strength and shear strength can reach 2. 27MPa and 3MPa in the presence of encapsulating silicone rubber filled with 25phr precipitated silica.
