博弈论视角下的农民工社会保障问题研究——基于对四川省返乡农民工的调查

Research on the Social Security Problems of Immigrant Rural Laborers from the View of Game Theory:Case of Survey of Returned Rural Immigrant Laborers in Sichuan Province

近年来农民工社会保障问题成为了政府和社会亟待解决的问题。本文分析了农民工与农民工、农民工与务工企业、企业与当地政府之间的博弈关系,并以四川省返乡农民工为例分析了当前我国农民工社会保障发展缓慢的原因,进而提出了相应的解决对策。

This paper takes the returned immigrant rural immigrant laborers in Sichuan for example to analyze the reasons why the social security of the rural immigrant laborers developed slowly in China,which is from the game relationships between two rural immigrant laborers,rural immigrant laborers and enter-prises,enterprises and local government,the government where the rural immigrant laborers go and the central government etc.At last,we bring the corresponding solution forward.
