Tei指数对成人房间隔缺损封堵术后右室功能变化的评价

Evaluation of right ventricular function changes by Tei index in adult atrial septal defect after transcatheter closure

目的探讨右室Tei指数评价成人房间隔缺损封堵术后右室功能变化的应用价值。方法24例成人房间隔缺损（ASD）患者，常规超声心动图检查，并计算右室Tei指数；根据三尖瓣反流估测肺动脉收缩压；并于术后1d、1个月、3个月、6个月复查上述检查。结果24例患者术后右心变小，肺动脉压降低，主肺动脉血流速度降低，左室长轴切面右室径／左室径之比变小。术后1d Tei指数轻度升高，1个月左右上升到最大值，与术前比较，P〈0．05；术后6个月Tei指数降低，与术前比较，P〈0．05。结论Tei指数可用以评价成人ASD封堵术后右室功能的改善状况。

Objective To explore the application value of evaluation of right ventricular function changes by Tei index in adult atrial septal defect （ASD） after transeatheter closure. Methods Twenty - four patients with ASD were examined by echocardiography, and the Tel index of right ventricle was calculated. Then the pulmonary artery systolic pressure was measured according to tricuspid regurgitation, and re - examined at 1 day, 1 month,3 months,6 months after operation. Results After operation, the right atrium and ventricle of all patients became smaller, the pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary blood flow velocity were decreased, the ratio of right ventricular diameter and left ventricular diameter in long axis view of left ventricle became smaller. While Tel index increased 1 day after operation, and reached to maximum 1 month after operation, there was significant difference compared before operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Tei index decreased six months after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tei index can evaluate the right ventricular function changes in aduh ASD after transcatheter closure effectively.
