摘要
将现代计算机测控技术与传统隔声罩技术相结合,设计出可实时监测和控制罩内温度及CO浓度的隔声罩。结合某钢铁企业煤气压缩机房噪声综合治理方案,探讨智能隔声罩的结构形式和监测控制方式,并对控制程序进行设计。模拟试验证实该监控系统能行之有效地实现罩内环境参数的自动监测控制。
An acoustic enclosure with real-time monitoring and control of the temperature and CO concentration is designed by integrating the modem computer technology with traditional acoustic enclosure technology. According to the systemically designing plan of the gas compressor workshop of a steel and iron enterprise, the structure and the monitoring-and-control schemes of the intelligent acoustic enclosure are explored in detail, and the program for control is designed. The simulative experiment shows that the intelligent acoustic enclosure can automatically detect and control the environment parameters in the enclosure efficaciously.
