摘要
目的识别、分析和评价某焦化厂粗苯加氢精制建设项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法依据国家职业卫生标准,对该项目的类比企业进行现场调查和检测,采用类比法、检查表法、风险评估法等对建设项目进行评价。结果类比企业生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯酚、苯乙烯、苯并芘、煤焦油沥青挥发物、二硫化碳、氨、一氧化碳、硫化氢、噪声等,其中,苯、硫化氢、二硫化碳、一氧化碳、氨为高毒物品,属职业病危害严重的建设项目。除苯短时间接触浓度有7个工作场所浓度超标外,其余均符合国家职业接触限值。运用风险评估法对苯并芘和煤焦油沥青挥发物进行了评价。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,拟采用的职业病危害预评价措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify,analyze and assess the occupational risk factors possibly existed in the production process of the construction project. Methods According to national occupational standards,the analogical industry was investigated and detected,which the combination of principle of analogy,checklist and risk evaluation were applied. Results The major occupational risk factors included benzene,toluene,xylene ,phenol,styrene,benzopyrene ,coal tar pitch ovlatiles,CS2,NH3,CO ,H2S and noise. Benzopyrene and COE were assessed by risk assessment technique. The concentrations (intensities) of all risk factors were in accord with national standards except STEL of benzene in 7 work shops. Conclusion The project is the serious harm of occupational disease. The adopted protective measures in the project are effective and feasible.
