二十一世纪的今天,我国社会经济快速发展,中国现代酒店业面临着良好的发展机遇和巨大的挑战。传统的酒店管理模式由于无法适应新的发展趋势日渐被淘汰,现代意识、现代管理理念越益引起酒店管理者们的高度重视。文章从我国现代酒店业未来发展的视角,对"人性化"管理这一现代管理理念在酒店管理实施中的策略及其意义作进一步探析,以期对我国现代酒店业的可持续发展有一定的借鉴作用。

In the beginning of the 21st century, economy develops rapidly in China.Hotel business in China has met favorable opportunities for the development as well as tremendous challenges. The traditional managemental mode of hotel is being eliminated due to its unadaptability to the new developing tendency. The hotel management attaches greater importance to modem awareness and managemental idea. In the perspective Of modem hotel development in our country, this paper makes a further exploration and analysis of the strategies and signifieance of ＂humane＂ management practiced in hotel, hoping that it will be helpful and borrowed in the constant development of the modem hotel is China.
