摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定了银翘解毒片中绿原酸和甘草酸,此2种成分分别为该成药中主药金银花和甘草的有效成分。用十八烷基硅烷微粒硅胶为固定相,乙腈—水(49∶51)为流动相,非那西丁为内标,紫外检测。用溶剂选择性三角形对流动相进行了优化,对提取溶剂、提取方法、干扰因素进行了考察,并进行了线性范围、模拟样回收率和加样回收率试验。测定了3个批号的样品。该法也可用于金银花、甘草原药材中绿原酸、甘草酸的含量测定。
In this paper a RP-HPLC method was developed to separate and determine chlorogenic acid and glycyrrhetic acid in Yin Qiao Jie Du tablets.They were separated and determined on YQG C18 column(39 mm×200 mm,5μm),using acetonitrile-water(49∶51)as mobile phase,phenacetin as internal standard,UV detector,flow rate 1 mL/min.Selection of extracting solvent,determination of linearity range and check of interference factors have been made.The accuracy of the method was checked by recoveries.
