摘要
首次报道了3种国外冷杉的核型．AbiescephalonicaLoud．有9对中部着丝粒和3对近中着丝粒染色体，A．numidicaDeLannoyexCars．有10对中部和2对近中着丝粒染色体，A．koreanaWils．8对中部和4对近中着丝粒染色体．三者都为2A核型类型．文中还讨论了3种冷杉及其所隶组的进化地位．
The present paper, presented the karyotype analysis of three foreign species in the Abies(Pinaceae) for the first time, including A. cephalonica Loud., A. numidica De Lannoy ex Carr. and A. koreana wils. Their karyotypes are as follows: A. cephalonica Loud. has nine pairs of chromosome with median centromere and three pairs of chromosome with submedian centromeres. A. numidica De Lannoy ex Cars. has ten pairs of median centromere and two pairs of submedian centromere chromosomes. A. koreana wils. has eight pairs of median chromosomes and four pairs of submedian ones. Their karyotypes all belong to '2A'type of stebbins' karyotypic asymmetry. The evolutionary positions of the three species and the sections which they belong to are also discussed in the paper.
