摘要
介绍630 mm2大截面8.7/15 kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的结构和制造工艺,尤其对制造过程中各道工序的工艺特点和参数作了详细论述,对可能产生的质量缺陷进行了分析,并提出解决的方法。
In this paper the construction and manufacturing process for 8.7/15 kV 630 mm^2 XLPE power cables were presented. Especially the characteristics and parameters of the individual work procedures were discussed in detail. The possible quality defects were analyzed and counter-measures were put forward.
