摘要
通过显微组织观察和力学性能测试等手段研究了Mg-Cd-Nd-Zn-Zr合金的组织和力学性能。结果表明:Cd和Nd能细化镁合金晶粒,铸态平均晶粒尺寸细化到35μm左右,挤压态平均晶粒尺寸细化到约10μm;Mg-Cd-Nd-Zn-Zr镁合金经挤压变形后综合力学性能提高,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高到334和330MPa,伸长率达到15%。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Zr-Nd-Cd alloy were investigated by microstructure observation and property testing. The results show that the addition of Cd and Nd refmes grain size of as-cast Mg-alloy to 35 μm and grain size of as-extruded Mg-alloy to 10 μm, and the mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Zr-Nd-Cd alloy improve after extrusion. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation is up to 334 MPa, 330 MPa and 15%, respectively.
