摘要
针对MIG焊电弧声,借助传声器、保护气、熔滴过渡、焊接飞溅实验得到不同焊接规范下电弧声采集的相关数据,通过试验数据分析各种焊接规范不同对电弧声信号的影响,以达到对MIG焊电弧声初步认识,为后续阐述电弧声产生机理提供实验数据,从而为最终达到借助电弧声信号反映焊接状态、焊缝质量或焊接缺陷,为实现焊接质量的在线识别、评价和监控提供相关技术支持。
Be mainly for MIG welding arc transfer, welding spatter experiments under sound, with the microphone, the protection of gas, different welding arc sound collecting relevant data, droplet through analysis of test data for the arc welding of different acoustic signals the impact, so as to achieve the sound of MIG arc welding preliminary understanding, for follow-up on the sound generating mechanism of arc to provide experimental data, so as to eventually achieve the acoustic signals reflected by arc welding, and weld quality or weld defects, in order to achieve the quality of welding line identification, evaluation and monitoring to provide relevant technical support.
