摘要
2007年4~6月对红翅薮鹛滇西亚种卵进行了人工孵化试验。入孵10枚,受精9枚,受精率为90%;出雏4羽,孵化率为44%;孵化温度为37.7℃,相对湿度为45%~60%;平均孵化期为15d;平均卵失重为0.91g,平均失重率为19.43%;孵化期卵的实际重量(y)与卵孵化期天数(x)的直线回归方程是y=4.792-0.054x(P<0.01)。
In 2007, an artificial incubation of red-faced liocichla (Liocichla phoenicea ripponi) eggs for experimentation was carried out from April to June. The results showed that nine eggs were fertilized out of ten and four eggs became pouhs. The rate of fertilization was 90% and the hatching rate was 44% ; the feasible temperature of incubation was 37.7℃, the relative humidity was 45% to 60% ; the average period of incubation was 15 d; the average weight loss was 0.91 g and the average weight loss rate was 19.43% during the entire experimental period; the linear regression equation of the egg actual weight (y) and the number of hatching days (x) was y = 4.792 - 0.054x ( P 〈 O. O1 ) during the incubation period.
