企业医院改制后面临生存困境,如何尽快走出低谷,变被动为主动是摆在改制医院管理者面前的严峻问题。本文阐述了重庆铁路医院通过深入推行人事分配制度改革和加强成本核算,实现企业医院改制后两个效益明显提高的实践与探索的历程。
Enterprise hospital is faced with problems concerning being after restructuring;thereupon,it has been a severe problem for the hospital manager to find a way of turning passive into active and taking the hospital bottoming out.The article discusses the practicing and exploring process of improving "the two benefits" by reforming personnel assignment system and strengthening cost accounting in Chongqing Railway Hospital.
