结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤并发嗜血细胞综合征1例
摘要
结外鼻型NK／T细胞淋巴瘤是一种少见的皮肤恶性淋巴瘤，当其发生系统性播散时，部分患者可伴嗜血细胞综合征。本病发病率相对较低，现将所见1例报道如下。
