试论《管子》的收入分配思想

《管子》一书有着丰富的收入分配思想。《管子》主张既富国又富民,"富上足下"是其收入分配思想的最终目标。为了实现既定的收入分配目标,《管子》认为必须坚持"贫富有度"原则,从而形成其分配思想的核心。为了做到"贫富有度",《管子》主张国家必须制定相应的财政政策、农业政策、礼仪制度、社会保障制度等。
