摘要
针对半挂车车架的变形破坏问题,利用Pro/Engineer软件的实体造型和Pro/MACHANICA结构分析进行半挂车车架有限元分析研究,找出车架的危险区域,进而寻找车架强度和刚度的改进方法,从而奠定了以Pro/MA-CHANICA有限元分析方法为基础的车架结构优化设计基础。
Regarding the problem of semi - trailer frame of damage deformation, we can analyze it by way of Pro / Engineer software for solid modeling and Pro / MACHANICA structural analysis finite element analysis of semi - trailer frame research to identify the frame of the danger zone, and then find the strength and stiffness of the frame improved method, which laid the foundation to Pro / MACHANICA finite element method based on structural optimization of frame design.
