摘要
氰酸酯树脂是一种新型的高性能热固性树脂,介电性能优异,在宽的频率范围内介电常数和介电损耗因子的变化很小,优异的耐湿热性能和力学性能,是一种有广泛应用前景和强劲市场竞争力的材料。综述了氰酸酯树脂增韧改性的几种主要研究方法,其中包括橡胶增韧法、热固性树脂增韧法、热塑性树脂增韧法、不饱和物增韧法、刚性粒子增韧法和有机硅增韧法等,对其研究方法和增韧机理进行评述,并对目前氰酸酯树脂的研究现状及发展趋势进行了探讨。
Cyanate resin is a new high performance thermosetting resin with excellent dielectric performance, hot/wet service temperature, and there was little frequency change range (10-50MHz) in dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor and mechanical performance. It has wide application perspective and will be very competitive in market with other engineering plastics. This paper reviews the main methods of toughening and modified of cyanate resins, including rubbers, thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resin, compounds, and combinations containing unsaturated double bond, organic silicon compounds and nanoparticles. The toughening and modifying mechanism were discussed. The studied status and development trend.of modification of cyanate resins were discussed.
