摘要
从系统设计的角度,分析了地理信息系统技术、多媒体技术在校园紧急预案可视化系统中应用的可行性,提出了校园可视化应急预案体系管理系统整体设计方案。利用Flash软件为制作工具制作了各类多媒体应急预案。通过GIS对各种数据进行分析,应用专业的GIS工具软件MapInfo,以SciLab为平台,利用TCL创建界面,实现了哈尔滨工程大学校园突发事件应急预案多媒体可视化平台,该平台实现了可视化查询、检索数据功能。
Firstly, this paper discussed the feasibility of the application of GIS technology and multimedia technology in campus＇ unexpected public incident managing system from the view of system design, and proposed the overall design of emergency preplan managing system of campus. Secondly, made various multimedia emergency preplans using Flash software. Then, by the way of analyzing various data of GIS, using professional software tool of GIS-MapInfo, taking SciLab as platform, it realized the functions of the multimedia visualized platform for emergency preplan of campus unexpected public incidents which would happen in Harbin Engineering university. This platform can enable visualized query and data searching based on GIS.
