摘要
为满足超深油井的生产需要,研制了超深油井抽油泵。该泵对泵筒、柱塞、固定阀做了设计,改善了泵筒受力状况,提高了螺纹的密封性能和抗拉强度。采用双闭式阀罩结构,减小了开口阀罩损坏的概率,新型双固定阀(或单固定阀)结构设计,不仅增加了可靠性,而且降低了制造成本。现场应用表明,该泵最长使用寿命达到7个月以上,泵效平均达到35%以上,且性能可靠,未发生由于抽油泵失效造成检泵作业的情况,满足深井、加深泵挂油井生产和工艺设计的要求,效果良好,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
To meet the needs of the production of superdeep oil wells,the superdeep oil well pump was developed.The barrel,plunger and standing valve of the pump were designed,improving the barrel's force conditions and reinforcing the screw thread's sealing performance and tensile strength.The adoption of the double closed cage structure reduces the damage rate of the open cage.The new-type double standing valve structure design(or single standing valve design) increases the reliability and reduces the manufacturing costs.The qualified material and technique were applied to the relevant components.The field application proves that the maximum service life of the pump reaches over seven months and the pumping efficiency reaches over thirty-five percent on average.Its performance is reliable.No pump inspection took place due to the pump failure.It satisfies the requirement of the production and technological design of deep wells and deeper pump setting wells,with a good effect.
