^13C呼气试验在胃排空定量检查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 胃排空是胃对于食物的一种高度协调的生理反应。诸多病理情况下,胃排空功能会受到影响,如糖尿病、胃炎、甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)等临床疾病均会伴随胃排空异常。临床上常通过检测胃肠动力学改变以了解疾病状况,尤其胃排空的及时、定量检测具有相当的临床价值。目前通常认为,测量胃排空的金标准是“放射性核素闪烁显像”。
