摘要
在构建和谐劳动关系的大背景下,对工作安全感的研究具有重要的现实意义。员工工作安全感下降的原因,不同的学科可以进行不同的分析,改进的路径也不一样。从心理契约和心理所有权视角入手,站在企业管理者需要与员工互动的角度看,提高企业员工工作安全感应该做出相关管理制度的安排。
Study on job security of enterprises staff has the vital practical significance in building a harmonious labor relations. Reasons for the declining of job security of enterprises staff, the different subjects carrying on the different analysis about it, have different paths of improvement. Job security of enterprises staff is studied based on psychological contract and psychological own- ership, and the interaction angle of enterprise manager and staff. Some interrelated management system arrangements are put for- ward to enhance job security of enterprises staff.
