摘要
通过对冠心病社区干预的文章进行整理,从冠心病的非药物管理(健康教育、行为干预、心理干预)、药物管理、冠心病相关疾病的协同治疗、双向转诊、信息化管理几个方面进行综述,提供冠心病社区干预的经验,提出存在的问题及解决思路,以期改变人们的行为和生活方式,降低危险因子,促进健康,提高冠心病患者的生活质量。
This article reviewed the advances of research of community intervention of coronary heart disease （CHD）, including non-drug management, drug management, co-therapy of diseases related to CHD, two-way transfer treatment and informationization management. It provided the related experience of community intervention of CHD, raised existing problems and the solving ways, which was expected to change people＇ s behavior and life-style, reduce danger factors, promote health level and improve quality of life of CHD patients.
