摘要 目的:制定油田防砂作业污染对策,探讨油气层污染损害机理。方法:根据现场调查和相关作业的理论经验分析,探讨断块油田防砂作业污染的相关因素及其对油层的损害机理,结合室内实验和现场不同情况制定对策。并以国内第一口自己设计、自己作业的海上防砂井为例对以防砂效果研究为核心的防砂污染治理技术的室内实验和现场实践作了说明。结果:防砂后平均产量63t/d,比油田配产高出23t;累计生产120多天,累积产油7000t以上。结论:施工液的过滤可减少作业污染并有效地解决作业施工中的堵塞问题。 As an subsystem of sand control effect research and according to wellsite investigation and relative operating theory analysis, this paper gives a discuss on relative factor of sand control operating contami-nation and on reservoir damage mechanism during sand control operating. Alter the comprehension of laboratory experiment and different downhole operation enviorment, the article gives control strategy in different subsurface geology enviorment. At last, the paper gives an case history,which is sand control planning and operating all in-dependent the first time in China's offshore oil field, including laboratory experiment and wellsite operation that is an example about sand control effect research also. The strategy provioded by this artic1e has singnificant guid-ance in improving sand control effect.
