摘要
应用解释结构模型,对建筑设计参数影响工程造价这一系统进行半定量分析并使其结构化.据此,对建筑设计参数划分层级,找出如建筑规模、层高、层数、平面形状、建筑总高度等对工程造价影响程度较大的设计参数,并深入分析参数变化对造价的影响.以小高层住宅建筑为例,结合多元回归分析法与实际工程造价资料,建立工程造价的快速估算模型.针对设计参数与造价关系,提出了应用"解释结构模型+多元回归分析模型"的系统研究方法.
The study of the relationship between the design parameters and the cost is helpful to the designers to consider the economics of the project. The system of the relationship between the design parameters and the cost is semiquantitative analyzed through the interpretative structral modelling method(ISM) ,and the structure of the system is set up. Changes of the design parameters will affect much the cost of the building. The higher the level of the parameter is, the more the influence is. The building size, storey height, numeber of storeies, building shape, total height of the building are the main cost drivers. Taking the residential building as an example, the cost estimating model with the regression model at the foudation of the result of the ISM application is set up. The "ISM + regression model" is a useful method to study to which degree changes in the parameters of the building will affect the cost of that building, and aslo it' s helpful for the quantitative analysis to the relationship between the building parameters and cost.
