TNF-α基因多态性在中国人群中的分布及其与冠心病相关性的研究进展 被引量:2

The advance in the research of the polymorphism distribution of TNF-α gene in Chinese population and its relationship with coronary heart disease

摘要 除单核巨噬细胞可以分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)外,心肌细胞也可以合成并分泌TNF—α,当心肌缺血时可诱导心肌细胞表达TNF—α增强。TNF-α可以直接或间接损伤血管内皮细胞,产生促炎症、促凝血、抗纤溶反应,提示其参与冠心病的发生发展过程。TNF-α基因启动子区的多态性位点影响TNF—α基因的表达,TNF—α基因在不同种族和不同地区人群间的多态性分布使冠心病在不同种族、不同地区间具有不同的发病率和临床特点。 Secreted by macrophages, monocytes cardiac myocytes and other cells, TNF-α shows a wide spectrum of biological activities. TNF-α' is responsible for many alterations of the endothelia. It inhibits anticoagulation and promotes thrombotic processes. Therefore,it plays an important role in pathological processes such as venous thromboses, arteriosclerosis and vasculitis. It is suggested that TNF-α participates in coronary heart disease. It has been shown that the polymorphism distribution of TNF-α gene is different in various population and regions. This variation could be the cause of the different morbiiity and clinical characteristics in the coronary heart disease.
