摘要
在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂的作用下,采用半连续种子乳液聚合的方式,主要以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为核层,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DF-MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为壳层,合成了具有核-壳结构的P(BA-MMA-DFMA-AA-MBA含氟丙烯酸酯五元共聚物乳液。当AA用量为单体的1%,MBA用量为单体的2%时,便可获得聚合稳定、吸水率较低、拉伸强度增强30%以上的含氟丙烯酸酯树脂。
The synthesis of a novel core - shell structure and water - borne fluorinated acrylic polymer was prepared by the semi -continuous seed emulsion polymerization, with methyl dodecafluorinacrylate( DFMA), butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methy- lacrylate(MMA), acrylic acid (AA) and N, N' -methylenebis(acrylamide) (MBA) as monomers, sodium dodocyl sulfonate (SDS) and octyl- phenyl poly- oxyethylene (OP- 10) as emulsifier. The polymer emulsion in 1% AA content and 2% MBA content performs favorable stability and lower water - absorbing ratio. In this condition, tensile strength increases more than 30%.
