摘要
部门和个人职责不清是管理中执行力不强、工作不易落实的重要原因,运用树状图统筹模式来梳理职责,以系统论、统筹学的整体优化为目标,在管理上将宏观与微观、理论与实践有机结合,能较好地解决医院管理中存在的上述问题。
The facts of weak executive power and difficulty in implementation often appeared in management process, which may result from the unclear departments or the individuals ' responsibilities. We try to solve these problems by using the Dendrogram Co-ordination mode based on the System theory and the Manpower studies, and combining macro and micro perspectives, and also combining theory and practices in management, We think this is a better way for us to solve these difficulties in hospital administration.
