摘要 探讨双色交替弹力波形线的纺制工艺。采用7组方案纺制了双色交替弹力波形线,分析了空芯锭转速、输出罗拉转速、芯纱罗拉转速对包缠捻度的影响;探讨了包缠捻度与波形线断裂强力和断裂伸长率、氨纶丝预牵伸倍数与波形线断裂伸长率和弹性回复率的关系。结果表明:在其他条件不变时,包缠捻度随空芯锭转速增大而增大,随输出罗拉、芯纱罗拉转速增大而减小;双色交替弹力波形线的断裂强力随包缠捻度的增大而增大,断裂伸长率随包缠捻度增大而减小;纺制过程中氨纶丝预牵伸倍数小,断头率低,波形线弹性小,包缠牢度有所提高,波形不易滑移但成本较高。 Spinning processing of double color alternate elastic wave-like thread were discussed. Seven cases of spinning double color alternate elastic wave-like thread were adopted. Effect of hollow spindle speed, delivery roller speed and core yarn roller speed on wrapped twist were analysed. Relationship between wrapped twist and wave-like thread breaking strength & breaking elongation rate,relationship between spandex filament predraft multiple and wave- like thread breaking elongation rate & elastic recovery percentage were discussed. The result shows that under other con- ditions unchanged wrapped twisted is increased as hollow spindle speed is increased while wrapped twisted is reduced when delivery roller and core yarn roller speed is increased. Breaking strength of double color alternate elastic wave-like thread is increased when wrapped twist is increased, breaking elongation rate is reduced as wrapped twist is increased. In spinning process when predraft multiple of spandex filament is less, breaking ends rate is lower, elasticity of wave-like thread is less,wrapped stability will be increased in a degree,wave shape is not easy to escape while the cost is higher relatively.
