摘要
采用日本田口玄一的三次设计方法设计圆柱螺旋弹簧刚度参数。通过信噪比分析和刚度值波动的统计分析,确定设计参数的最佳水平组合,提高了弹簧刚度的稳定性,增强了抗干扰能力。
The three time design methed of Dr.Genichi Taguchi is applied to the design of helical spring rigidity.The optimun level component of design parameter was defined by means of the analysis of signal to noise ane rigidity random variation.Both stability of spring rigidity and the ability of resist disturbance was increased.
