大学生思想政治教育与就业指导体系并轨模式研究

Study on the Integration Mode of Thoughts and Politics Education for University Students and the Employment Guidance System

随着我国高等院校人才培养机制的确立,大学生思想政治教育工作已呈现出多形式、多元化的局面,作为培养学生动手实践和专业技能的就业指导工作无论从指导目标、就业指导课内容,还是指导方式等方面也都获得了实质性的发展。然而在许多院校的人才培养过程中,没有很好的将上述两大人才培养主线有机的结合起来,甚至互相制约。

With the establishment of talents cultivation system in higher colleges,the education of thoughts and politics for university students has shown diversifed patterns with multi-form.Employment guidance work,which develops students practical and professional skills,has obtained substantial development in all aspects such as the lessons of employment guidance and guidance targets and ways.However,in the course of cultivating talents in many colleges,there is not a good combination of the above two key links of talents cultivation and they even restrict mutually.
